Disability Inclusion Officer

As Disability Inclusion Officer for the Social Sciences Division, I contribute to the University's Disability Inclusion Project, supporting the University of Oxford's commitment to improving outcomes and experiences for disabled students through its Access and Participation Plan. I support academic and professional services staff in embedding inclusive and anticipatory practices, enhancing the effectiveness of Student Support Plans (SSPs), and lead divisional evidence-informed initiatives to better understand and address disability-related awarding gaps. In collaboration with the division, departments, and central services, I co-develop sustainable and equitable approaches that strengthen support for disabled students and promote the consistent implementation of inclusive education across the collegiate University.
