As Head of Strategic Planning and Projects, I am responsible for divisional planning; specific strategy areas include estates, IT, communications, risk management, divisional governance in liaison with the Divisional Registrar; and the leadership of agreed strategic projects and business change activities. I work collaboratively with the academic Head of Division, Divisional Registrar, Departmental Heads of Administration and professional services colleagues across a range of functions to develop and deliver the divisional office’s annul and strategic work plans.
