Do you need support to work out which stakeholders you might engage with and how?

 

This interactive in-person workshop is aimed at early to mid-career researchers. Learning outcomes of this session are the acquisition of:  

  • knowledge of the fundamentals of stakeholder identification and mapping in the social sciences 

  • an understanding about how stakeholder mapping can help to identify the potential beneficiaries of your research, be used as a tool to plan how you engage with your stakeholders 

  • perspectives on stakeholder mapping from peer-academics and research support professionals throughout the workshop. 

 

Intended learning outcomes:

1. Understand the fundamentals of stakeholder mapping in the social sciences 

2. Receive a basic understanding on how to identify stakeholders and how to engage them into ongoing or planned research projects.

Early career/mid-career researchers in the Social Sciences Division

(Researchers in social sciences disciplines outside the Division are welcome to get in touch and can be placed on a waiting list. Priority will be given to researchers from within the division, but others may join the session if spaces remain when registration closes)
